Yin Yoga
Join us for a soothing 60-minute Yin Yoga session, designed to gently ease you into deep, passive stretches that target connective tissues and energy pathways. With long, calming holds ranging from 3 to 10 minutes, this class is perfect for relaxation and restoration. Enjoy the serene ambiance of candlelight and soft music as you unwind. Dress comfortably and feel free to bring water. You will need a yoga mat, and you can also bring your favorite props like blocks, blankets, or bolsters to make your practice even more comfortable. All levels are welcome—come as you are and leave feeling renewed!
